March in Michigan is often full of adventure as we start to thaw out of the winter freeze.  We are teased with warmer temperatures during the mid day and reminded to be patient as the sun sets and the cold pushes itself back and demands respect.  Our students start counting weeks until schools is out.

I am reminded of the emotion we feel when we have almost made it through a trial.  We are almost finished with winter, I can see the warmth in the near future, but I must endure for a little longer.  Church, we must remember that our Lord and Savior is greater than the storm.  For those who are a peculiar people and a royal Priesthood.

Bishop Scott and Rev. Carl both preached outstanding messages in February.  I wrote down in my book Bro. Carl’s statement.  The Church is the standard of God raised up.  "And having done all to stand, stand therefore prepared for battle for you are an ambassador in bonds."  Ephesians 6

My prayers and thoughts are with each and everyone of you.

God Bless,
Pastor Shannon R. Scott
